📍 15 S Central Ave. Monteagle, TN 37356

Do you feel like something's off, but your labs keep coming back "normal"?

You're not imagining it.

Many men and women experience symptoms like brain fog, weight gain, fatigue, and mood changes due to hormonal shifts, but these concerns often go unaddressed in traditional medical settings.

When estrogen, progesterone, or testosterone levels change, your entire system can be affected — physically, mentally, and emotionally.

Join Lindsay Hayler, PA-C, MPAS, MPH, as she shares evidence-based insights on understanding and addressing hormone health.

This seminar is for you if you're experiencing:

⚠️ Chronic fatigue or low motivation

⚠️ Stubborn weight changes or loss of muscle mass

⚠️ Brain fog or trouble concentrating

⚠️ Mood swings, anxiety, or irritability

⚠️ Low libido or changes in sexual health

⚠️ Hot flashes or trouble sleeping

What You'll Learn:

✅ Why common symptoms are often overlooked in standard care

✅ How testosterone, estrogen, and progesterone work together

✅ The connection between hormones and overall health

✅ Which testing options can provide a clearer picture

Lindsay Hayler is from the beautiful beach town of Wilmington, NC. She was one of the first home-educated students to graduate from Wake Forest University, and subsequently taught English as a Second Language as a Teach for America corps member to seventh graders in the Houston Independent School District. Afterwards, she completed a Master’s in Public Health (Management, Policy and Community Health) with the University of Texas Houston Health Science Center, and then completed a Master’s in Physician Assistant Studies at the University of Texas Medical Branch. She has been a dermatology physician assistant for 17 years and is a Diplomate with the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants (the premier training program for dermatology PAs).

In midlife, Lindsay began to realize she wanted to better help her dermatology patients suffering from autoimmune and inflammatory diseases identify the root causes of their issues. She began to understand that the current health care model is more of a “sick care” model (where patients are treated once they are sick, and then it is mostly symptom relief).

She is now certified as an Integrative Health Practitioner and is also a certified bioidentical hormone Biote provider. Recently, she completed coursework in Integrative Dermatology and is currently completing her certification in Functional Nutrition. Along the way, she began to conceptualize a clinic where patients could learn about disease prevention and be assessed holistically to optimize their health, skin, and healing. Uplift Wellness and Aesthetics is the fulfillment of this dream, and it is her greatest honor to practice medicine in the beautiful mountain town of Monteagle, TN, perched atop the spectacular Cumberland Plateau.
