I’m Eileen Frausto, a women’s health practitioner here in the Kansas Metro area!
Every day, I meet women who are told their brain fog, exhaustion, stubborn weight, or hot flashes are ‘just part of aging.’ But that’s not true.
I’m hosting a small, no-pressure dinner seminar at The Merc to share what’s really working for women just like you, to feel like themselves again — without guesswork, gimmicks, or endless supplements.
If you’re tired of quick fixes that don’t last and are ready for real solutions, I’d love to meet you.
At this free functional medicine seminar, you’ll discover:
✅ The hidden triggers of belly fat, fatigue, and hormone imbalances
✅ Which lab tests actually matter (most doctors don’t run these)
✅ How to reverse inflammation & brain fog—without endless supplements
✅ Why “masking symptoms” doesn’t work (and what does)
Who should attend?
Tired of feeling exhausted, bloated, or moody?
Tried diets, meds, or “detoxes” that didn’t last?
Ready for a real, science-backed solution?

Eileen Frausto is a Board-Certified Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner (WHNP-BC) and the founder of Inspired Change Wellness. As a woman in her 40s, she understands firsthand the importance of personalized care during the transition through perimenopause and menopause. This personal experience, combined with her clinical expertise, led her to establish Inspired Change Wellness in 2022 — a practice rooted in a Functional and Integrative approach to hormone balancing.
At Inspired Change Wellness, the focus is on identifying and addressing the root cause of symptoms, rather than simply managing them. The care provided is personalized, efficient, and holistic, honoring each woman's unique journey.
The practice is founded on the belief that healthcare should never be one-size-fits-all. Every woman’s voice matters. Through active listening and open communication, Eileen takes the time to truly understand each client’s concerns and challenges. This thoughtful, comprehensive approach ensures that every treatment plan targets the underlying causes, creating meaningful, lasting results.
